We don't have a local pickup option on our checkout, but we can do it manually. Follow these steps:

1. Check out as you normally would.

2. Email your order number and the SKU of the paint you bought to monica@replicolorusa.com and cc support@scratcheshappen.com

3. As long as we get your email in time, we will hold your order so it doesn't ship. Note that some paints are in stock and ship within an hour or two. So send that email pretty soon after you order :)

4. When the order is ready to ship, we'll email you that it is ready to pick up.

5. The shipping cost is used to cover our manual handling of your order, so there is no refund of the shipping. 

Our local pickup hours are from 10am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. You can pick up your package here:

You can park in front, and walk down the drive on the south (left) side of the building to our door, about half way down. Ring the bell and come on in! Ask for Monica or Maria and they will find your order for you.

Common Questions

Can I pick up my order at a store near me?

No — we don’t have physical retail stores. Local pickup is only available in Salt Lake City and must be selected at checkout.

Do you have a store in Los Angeles / New York / etc.?

No — orders ship from our central facility. We don’t offer in-person sales or pickup outside Salt Lake City.

Do you offer same-day or next-day pickup in other cities?

Not at this time. We only offer local pickup for select orders placed in Salt Lake City.
